  •  How long will it take to receive my screen printed T-shirts? Standard production time averages 9 working days. And can depend on whether or not you have existing artwork, make revisions to proofs, the number of colors, and the complexity of your order. A good rule of thumb is to plan your order two weeks in advance.
  •  Is there a minimum order? No. You may order one or a thousand, if not more.
  •  How do I know if my shirt size will fit me? Good question. Shirt sizes do tend to vary among different custom shirt manufacturers. Therefore each type of shirt being offered has an easy shirt size calculator which can be found on the shirt products description page.
  •  Can I iron my custom screen printed T-shirts? Yes. Simply turn the shirt inside out and iron on medium heat. Avoid ironing directly on the screen printed inks.
  •  Can I cancel my screen printing T-shirt order? Yes. However, you may not be subject to receive a full refund if you already approved your design(s) and or your screen(s) have been burned. Because each order is custom -your screens cannot be reused. As a rule of thumb, the sooner you cancel the greater your refund.
  •  Is my credit card and personal information safe and secure? Yes. ScreenPrintAz follows industry best practices. And also uses SSL and TSL encryption technology. And limits and monitors backend and user access on a daily basis.
  •  Do I need to open an account? No. However, you will not be able to save your custom shirt or hat designs for future use. When checking out simply choose the ‘guest’ option.
  •  Can I get a volume or bulk order discount? Yes. Please contact ScreenPrintAz on every large or bulk order.
  •  What does free artwork digitalization mean? This means your logo or embroidery design(s) will be digitized at no cost… so your design(s) can be embroidered on caps, hats, shirts and polo’s.
  •  What does tag less shirt mean? This simply means -required info, such as shirt size, care and manufactures name is printed directly onto the inside back collar area of the shirt which allows for a more comfortable feel.
  •  Will my shirt and hat colors, even my screen printing and embroidery designs match the same colors being presented on the ScreenPrintAZ site? No. Because you are looking at RGB (Red, Green, Blue) light transmitting colors on a laptop, monitor, tablet or handheld device -screen. And all product presentation and printing is done in CYMK (Cyan, Yellow, Magenta, Key [Black]) light-absorbing colors. Which means the colors will be slightly different.
  •  Are my Screen Print T-Shirts, Embroidered Polos, Caps and Hats printed or stitched or made in America? Yes. ScreenPrintAz does all this in-house at the Tempe, Arizona facility. And at our family partner sites located in California and Texas.
  •  Can you match my brand colors? Yes. However, you will want to provide ScreenPrintAZ with sample swatches of the colors you wish to match. Or you can provide Pantone Coated call out colors. There will be a slight up-charge to mix inks to obtain a close match.
  •  Is a 100% cotton shirt better than a polyester and cotton blend? Not exactly. Polyester and cotton blends feel smoother and are easier to clean… Whereas, 100% cotton will feel heavier and last longer in rugged conditions. 100% cotton shirts are great for your outdoor workforce or team or as giveaways.
  •  What is carded cotton? The process of cleaning and producing cotton into long strands which are then woven and stitched to produce a shirt. However, this type of carded cotton can produce a rougher feel to it. Lower cost and cheap t-shirts are made from carded cotton.
  •  What is ring spun and combed cotton? The process of spinning cotton into long, thin, durable, strong, and soft yarn. Which is then woven and stitched to produce high-quality T-shirts.
  •  What does pique knit mean? The process of knitting a shirt which produces a waffle like pattern. Many polo shirts are pique knit -which creates more comfort. Because the knitted waffle pattern allows heat to escape easily.
  •  What does jersey knit mean? The process of weaving ring spun cotton into a nice and tight flat surface. Then stitching to produce an extra warm and insulating heavy-duty type of shirt.
  •  What does welt or welted mean? The process of adding multiple layers to the collar and sleeves of a shirt to provide stability and strength. This eliminates the drooping or rolling or flimsy look of a shirt.
  •  What is twill? Is the process of weaving which produces a rib like appeal in the fabric, hat or shirt? These ribs appear to create a diagonal pattern look. And they look cool. Like a twill hat.
  •  What does heather mean? The process of interweaving different colors of yarn produces flecks or different shades of color.
  •  What is moisture wicking? The process of drawing moisture away from your body. Allowing your fabric to breathe and feel more comfortable. Same with a hat.
  •  Can I use a PO number? PO numbers are available to existing customers and clients. And for those who qualify for terms.
  •  What does a cap brim mean? A brim is on the front of the cap. It is the overhanging which shields your face from sunlight.
  •  What is a structured hat? A hat that has more reinforcement panels or stitching or fabric that allows the hat to maintain its shape.
  •  What is an unstructured hat? They have which has less reinforcement panels or stitching or fabric that allows the hat rest on your head. Also known as low profile caps.
  •  What is the difference between a high-profile cap and a low-profile one? High profile means the top or crown of your cap is taller and therefore your print, sewn on patch, or logo embroidery will be more visible than on a lower profile cap, which tends to lay flatter on your head.
  •  Do you do rush orders? Yes. However, there will be an up-charge associated with rush orders.
  •  Why do you heat cure printed tee shirts? Because high heat will bond your image or graphic or text to the shirt fabric or cotton or blend. And this bonding allows your shirt to last longer and hold up well -in the wash.
  •  What is standard ground shipping? Standard ground means 2 to 3-day shipping. The time it takes for your shirt or hat order to leave our facilities and arrive in your hands -in the continental U.S.A.
  •  Can I track my shipping? Yes. Once your order is picked up by the shipping carrier you will receive an e-mail or text along with the tracking number or link which you may check.
  •  What can cause my shipping to be delayed? Inclement weather, road closings, Airport closings, and other acts of Mother Nature which are out of our control.
  •  Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska? Yes. However standard 2 to 3-day “ground shipping” usually takes 7 days, if not more. You can always upgrade to faster shipping times, however, this can get a little expensive.
  •  Can I get a sample shirt or cap? Yes. If you plan on ordering 36 shirts or hats or more, we will send you the free blank sample.
  •  Do I pay upfront when I place my order? Yes. All orders under 240 units pay upfront.
  •  Why am I responsible for checking my spelling? Because we’ve found that some people and marketing reps will misspell certain words intentionally for promotional reasons, if not more.
  •  Can I pick up my order? Yes. If you are in Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Glendale or Chandler Arizona you’re a short drive away. Call ahead of time to ensure your order is packaged and ready to go or ask about getting text alerts.
  •  Will you deliver my custom tees, polos, hats, caps and promo items? Yes. If you live in or your business or office is located within the greater Phoenix and surrounding area.
  •  Can I come to your Tempe, Arizona T-shirt printing company and facility? Yes. This is a great idea. Because, you will be able to touch and feel and view the different products -especially if you are new to the process of custom printed t’s, and embroidered polos, and hats. Please call in advance to ensure one of our specialists will be available to greet you. And show you around.
  •  Can you ship to my hotel or resort? Yes. Many customers and clients who travel out of town and host special events, attend conventions, exhibit at trade shows or sponsor sporting events -enjoy this service.
  •  What does shirt weight in oz. mean? Shirt oz. weight typically refers to the weight of 1 square yard of fabric. Therefore the lower the weight the lighter the shirt. And the higher the weight the heavier the shirt. An average shirt will fall within a 4.5 oz. to 5.5 oz. range. Anything over 6 ounces, is known as beefy.
  •  How do I re-order the same imprint, screen print or embroidery item? You go to your saved designs in your ScreenPrintAZ account and click on the product name you gave to your original order on the particular product you want to re-order. However, you must have an account and you must save your designs to utilize this feature.
  •  Can I get my caps and hats embroidered on the sides and back too? Yes. Depending on the hat or cap style, you can have your logo, message, brand or designs embroidered on all four sides. However, some hats have mesh on the back side for breathable comfort and cannot be embroidered. An example would be the crowd favorite “Trucker Hat”.   • Can I get screen printing on the back, sleeves or other surface areas of my custom printed tees? Yes. ScreenPrintAZ’s online T-shirt design website allows you to design the front and back of your T’s. However, if you want to screen print the sleeves or sides or lower parts of the shirt, then contact ScreenPrintAZ today.
